Bettina Radics

Bettina is Westminster Medical Groups Clinic Manager and patient advisor, and works closely with the Dr. Sebastian, Dr. Miln and Dr. Egan at our Harley Street clinic in London. 
Bettina originally started as a hair transplant technician in 2014, and progressed to an advisory role a few years later helping new and existing patients. Bettina has a deep knowledge of hair restoration surgery and provides exceptional support and care to our patients throughout their hair loss journey. 

Bettina has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication, and has 10 years of expertise in hair transplant surgery and clinic administration. With her strong organisational skills and attention to detail, Bettina excels in coordinating administrative tasks and optimizing the patients overall experience here on Harley Street. She is dedicated to addressing patient concerns, answering questions, and providing honest guidance, whilst acting as a support role for the WMG Surgeons. Overall, Bettina’s expertise and commitment to excellence contribute to the ongoing success of Westminster Medical Group, as her role of Clinic Manager allows her to create a supportive environment where patients feel confident and well-cared for throughout their treatment journey with WMG.
