Barbara

Barbara is our Senior Patient Advisor and registered Trichologist who works very closely with our Harley Street medical team at our WMG headquarters in central London.

She first joined the hair transplant industry back in 2014 and has been working alongside leading hair transplant surgeons, trichologists and SMP technicians in the UK and Europe.

Barbara has successfully achieved the Level 5 Diploma in Clinical Trichology accredited by The Institute of Trichologists and NCFE, which is the most comprehensive trichology course available anywhere worldwide. Passing her Level 5 Diploma in Clinical Trichology with Distinction, she became an Associate Institute Registrant of The Institute of Trichologists (AIT).

Barbara enjoys assisting patients throughout their hair restoration journey, from their initial enquiry, through to their procedure and beyond with their aftercare service. As a qualified Trichologist she can assist our patients in the correct diagnosis and treatment of various disorders and diseases of the scalp and hair. She regularly attends Trichology conferences interested in the latest advancements in trichology and non-surgical hair restoration treatments. 

Barbara works very closely with Dr. Grahame Shaw and Dr. Sebastian Deme to guarantee our services are safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led to ensure compliance with CQC standards.

Barbara is a key member of the Westminster Medical Group team, with strong ethics in patient care and providing distinguished hair restoration services.
