Theresa

Theresa is our Client Coordinator and Patient Advisor working at our flagship Harley Street surgical centre in London. 

Drawing on 25 years of experience in administration she established considerable customer care and organisational skills which now benefit all our patients at Westminster Medical Group.

Working very closely with Dr. Sebastian, Dr. Grahame and the Harley street medical team, Theresa handles all incoming enquiries, and assists in administrative tasks, whilst liaising between patients, doctors and medical staff members. She ensures paperwork, appointments and all administrative aspects relating to each client are completed in a timely manner.

Theresa is never too busy to stop and take time to answer any questions our patients may have about their treatment at any stage of their hair restoration journey.

She has successfully completed her training and certification in CPR/BLS, Infection Control, Fire Safety, COSHH and Healthcare Health and Safety.

Theresa also regularly attends Trichology conferences showing interest in the latest advancements in trichology and non-surgical hair restoration treatments. 

Theresa is a key asset to Westminster Medical Group, providing honest advice for all patients seeking care.
